We cannot promote giving Spanish speakers rights to help that other citizens do not have; it sends out bad signals to other people needing help but not receiving it. Everybody should be judged on the same criteria, and placed onto one waitinglist accordingly. You should not single out certain minority groups of society and give them specialist treatment as it is not fair on all of the other people that need help too. From my own experience here’s what’s happened. I’ve been weight training for over two months now and have not lost a pound. Not one. I do have lots more muscle though and am noticeably tinier. I’m not really doing cardio so that’s probably why I have not gone down on the scale. Whatever the weight having muscle tone does make a difference. Just my two cents.
